So, Friday's are happy day's for me. My daughter brings me fresh farm eggs from a friend's farm. These have not been refrigerated or pasteurized. I love fresh eggs. They just hit different. Lol! They are left on my kitchen shelf until we are ready to eat them. Some of them come with a little poopy on them. They get cleaned before use and then straight to the pot or pan. ❤The small white ones are from Polish Chickens 🐔 and the larger ones are regular chicken eggs. In the summer we even opt for duck eggs. My sister raises Polish chickens and the occasional duck... story for another time... stay tuned.
